NEW | Goal Creation and Tracking

In the spirit of OKRs (Objective and Key Results) popular in leadership and management, you can now set inspiring goals and target key performance indicators to track their progress, as well as the desired percentage of improvement for each.

This way, you will benefit from more clarity when correlating precise data, while retaining all the flexibility offered by the platform's various axes and metrics to investigate as needed. Of course, you can track the progress of several objectives to better understand your improvement work.

This new feature is available directly on the Summary page for better visibility and tracking of continuous improvement in the team.

In our last newsletter, we introduced you to the new Axify Summary page. We recently updated the "Team Morale" portion to give you better visibility into your team's morale, allowing you to capture issues in real time. It's our way of putting people back at the center of the process!

UPDATE | Daily Digest

• Subtasks are now clickable so you can go directly to a task in Jira or Azure DevOps, and add notes to it.
